Module Description
The seminar covers topics in sustainability reporting and deepens students’ knowledge in this field. Topics e.g., include the current regulatory changes due to the CSRD and its impact on firms' (sustainability) reporting. Intersection between financial reporting, corporate governance, and sustainability reporting will be investigated. Students will be required to familiarize themselves in-depth with a particular topic, hand-in a seminar paper, and present their results in class.
