Some of the first glimpses into the consequences of the populist regime and the people's dissatisfaction I found in the following chapters...

Chapter 4, page 27: The police cars patrolling constantly due to the incitement of violence in the form of lootings and fires.

Chapter 11, page 59: The direct consequence of that constant patrolling and surveillance and the imposed lockdown on people to stay at home after a certain time. Collectively, people decided they had enough and turned against the government previously supported. It also serves as a direct contrast to the propaganda on TV that was shown just few pages before this.

Chapter 17, page 80: Following this theme of propaganda, the same tactic is used by the opposite side. The soldier was convinced that the emperor had some secret bank accounts with milions due to the propaganda spread by the army to incite the people and exaggerate the reasons why the current regime was corrupt.
